I love to make others happy and there is nothing nicer than receiving a lovingly packed package. Even in times of e-commerce and large platforms, you can still make the customer happy with a lovingly wrapped order. Just as I would send it to my dearest friend...
Each order I wrap with a beautiful tissue paper and write a handwritten card as a thank you with dear greetings. I think it's nice to be written to personally and thus get the appreciation.
And because we care about our environment, we eliminate plastic from the packaging of all our products. Each ribbon and sleeve is individually packed in packaging sourced from the Munich region and we have made sure that the products are still safely and securely packaged.
